SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM 

The Miami Valley Long Term Care Association Scholarship Program is an excellent opportunity to encourage careers and advancement in long-term care. Every year, through the Scholarship Program, we offer scholarships to two individuals seeking nursing certification (RN or LPN), Therapy (PT/PTA, SLP, OTR/COTA), Dietitian or Dietary Manager, Activities Director, Licensed Social Worker, or participating in the Administrator-In-Training program. Scholarship winners are chosen based on the individual’s commitment to working in long-term care, financial need, professional history and recommendations. 

 

To qualify, applicants must be employed by a MVLTCA member facility for at least one year and either be currently in an AIT position or attending classes in an approved education program.
